Obtained from Verdicchio grapes left to over-ripen on the vine and then dried in boxes, Cingulum is a wine that is generous on the palate and of great aromatic appeal, and pairs wonderfully with strong cheeses, dry pastries and chocolate.

Vinification: controlled temperature steel vats
Ageing: 12 months in steel vats, on fine lees
